A nice house in a green, quiet neighborhood close to the city center of Amsterdam
This terraced house has a good layout with three bedrooms, two study rooms, a spacious living room and a semi-separate kitchen. The house also has a front and back garden. We have a home cinema.
The neighborhood is quiet with many young families. Many older residents also live there; they have lived happily in this neighborhood for over forty years. The neighborhood is car-free; during the day the children play in the street. The houses and gardens are well cared for. Most residents know each other and are friendly.
The North Holland Canal is close by and when the weather is nice, you can enjoy a nice walk along the green bank. You can easily reach the meadows of Waterland by bike.
You can reach the city center within five minutes by metro. The metro station is one kilometer away. For those who prefer not to walk, a bus to the metro stops 200 meters from the house.

Nearest Airport: Schiphol - 25 kilometer
450 meters away is a beautiful, large playground with lots of greenery. 800 meters away is a beautiful petting zoo.
At 950 meters is a small shopping center with a supermarket, cafes, butcher, bakery and a library.
2 kilometers away is a large shopping center with a cinema, bowling alley, several supermarkets and all kinds of other shops.
There is a nice swimming pool located 1.5 kilometers away. It has both an indoor and an outdoor pool. There is the possibility for recreational swimming (with slide) and also for lap swimming.
The entrance to the Noorderpark is 1.5 kilometers away.
The hospital is nearby and there is also a health center with dentist, physiotherapist and general practitioner very close by (both +/- 500 meters).
Several excellent restaurants and nice cafes are nearby, such as El Pecorino (Italian), Hotel de Goudfazant (French cuisine).
