Dear Intervac friends!
We are the Hesselgren Family and we live on the peninsula of Onsala, on Swedens stunning west coast. We are looking for our next adventure for spring and eventually the summer of 2024!
We are mainly interested to spend our vacation in a warm place, if you have a house/apartment near to the sea - don't hesitate to contact us. I speak fluent spanish, together with english and swedish of course : )
Our house is very comfortable and practical. You could say it's a bungalow, it certainly gives you that feeling, but we do have a basement where we keep the laundry room, a sauna and a guest room/media room. Our kitchen is fully equiped with all the nescessary appliances as washing mashine, microwave, oven an so forth.
There are 4 bedrooms - one master bedroom and the rest are the childrens rooms, all of them with comfortable queen size beds.
We have two bathrooms, one larger with bathtub and the other with a shower, both on the entrance floor.
The living room is bright and perfect for socializing or just watching a film together. There are two spacious sofas, tv, DVD, stereo. In the dining room a few step aways, you can sit 8 people around the diningtable. If it rains, light up a fire in the fireplace and be varm and cozy.
Outside there is a spacious wooden deck, equiped with garden furniture, two diferent grills - one is a Weber one touch grill, and the other one is also a weber but gasole. In the garden you find vegetables, herbs and lovely flowers and plants. The sun comes around 10 a.m and stays all day until apr. 8 p.m
We have bikes for the whole family (2 adults+3 children) and windsurfing equipment if you are interested in trying on this fun sport. Our motorboat is very easy to manage, and there are som really betautiful islands nearby that are worth the visit.
Close by, there is a nature reserve (Onsala Sandö) where you can walk around in the beautiful nature close to the sea.
If you get tired with all this tranquility and beauty you can head of to the big city. Gothenburg is 30 km away and offers all that you wish for: restaurants, shopping, amusement park, museums and much more.

About the neighborhood
Onsala is a fantastic place in so many ways and we love our life here!
The closeness to the sea and nature is amazing. We live at walking distance from several beautiful beaches. People are kind and friendly, our neighbourhood is very safe and our neighbours are always there if you need a hand. When you get tired of sunbathing, going out with the boat and eating the most delicious seafood - you head in to the city of Gothenburg. It offers all the acitivites you may need as shopping, museums, concerts and other exciting experiences.

Hello!,
Our family consists of Patricia 52, Martin 48, Victoria 25, William 23 & Valentina 17 years old.
Martin works as a Marketing Director in a Seafood company and Patricia is Head of Recruitment in a Management Consultancy firm.
We are a fun-loving family who enjoy our life on the west coast in Sweden. We moved to the peninsula of Onsala in 2010 because we wanted to live close to the sea and nature. We don't regret it one single moment : )
We are a pretty active family. Martin loves to windsurf, Patricia enjoys horse riding (there are stables nearby), William is dedicated to his ice hockey, he studies at Miami University in the US on a hockey scholarship. Victorian is a student of Lund University and enjoys plays golf and Valentina attends Theater classes and loves horse-riding. .
The eldest children live away from home because of University studies and will not be traveling with us, so it would be only Martin, Patricia and Valentina.
Our home is our castle, but in addition to this, we all love to travel and to experience new cultures and surroundings!
I hope that we get the chance to share this cool experience with you!
