House in VENDOME, France

We exchange since 1988 in Europe and North America. it was always an interesting experience and we want to continue in 2015
We propose a house just in the center of a nice and historic town (Vendôme) which offers all year long differents cultural activities: 2 movies festivals, An outdoor exhibition of photographies in summer, a tales festival (end of july) and differents festivals of music (classic, rock or guitar).
Vendôme is to 45mn from Paris in TGV and 30km of Blois, castles of the Loire are not far.
We want to go alone or may be with our family (5adults and 1child)
Vendôme is 45mn from Paris by TGV and to 30km from Blois one of the castlt of the Loire
Our house is on three nivels (180m2) just in the center of the town and in front of The Loir (not la Loire),
We are open for stay longer than two weeks until weeks.
