In Art déco building,flat in Bourges, France
The luminous and large flat is into the historic area , near bus-stop and pleasant places of the town such as muséums, gardens, parks, lake, golf, open air and out door olympic swimming pool heated all year round.
My flat (more than 100m2) is very comfortable on the 3rd floor with lift, in a 1930's building of twelve apartments , exposed est/west with a blossom balcony on each side . There are a large entrance, large living-dining room, a main large bedroom, a second one, a modern kitchen fit out all you need and a bathroom with shower and bath. Toilet is apart .
Bourges is a lovely, historic town with museums and a famous gothic cathedral listed by UNESCO.
I am on the Jacques Coeur's road where many castles completing Loire's castles in the center of France.
There are many possibilities to discover surroundings: many roman or gothic churches, medieval abbeys, XVIth, XVIIth , XVIIIth centuries 's heritage ) in less 50km.

Less two hours of train, directly, you are in Paris .

I wish exchanges all year long when travels are available in Europe for one, two or three weeks:
in Italy ( Sicile, Pugglia,...), Greece, Germany , Mexico, Costa Rica, US West coast and open to other areas.
I respect every recommandations. I will leave my apartment in perfect sanitary and cleanliness condition.

Tish et Eugène ont eu des changements de planning et malgré cela, ils ont maintenu leur engagement d'échange . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans leur maison très confortable. Et j'espère qu'ils pourront venir à Bourges un peu plus tard.
Marianne et son compagnon ont eu la gentillesse de venir me chercher à l'aéroport , puis de me montrer leur appartement et son fonctionnement. Au retour chez moi, tout était impeccablement propre. Je les en remercie.
Veldig hyggelig samarbeid om bytte av leilighet. Leiligheten var vakker, og lå innenfor den vakre gamle bydelen. Byen overrasket positivt med sin atmosfære.
La situation et l’appartement sont vraiment agréables . Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse. Pouvoir échanger aussi la voiture a été vraiment super. La région est très riche en vestiges historiques et en belles plages tranquilles en dehors du rush du plein été. Au retour, mon appartement était impeccablement propre. Eva est très arrangeante. Échange très réussi.
