MODERN CANAL HOUSE, BRIGHT & SUNNY

Modern canal house situated on the waterfront in the popular area 'Java island', nearby central station. It is one of the larger family houses in the area (170 square meters). The house has its own private, sunny garden.

The house is built under architecture, it has 5 floors (partially split level), 4 large bedrooms (two with a double bed, the other two each with a fully sized bed), 2 bathrooms (both with lavatories, one with a bath-tub, the other with a shower), 2 seperate toilets, a kitching (fully equiped) with a large dining table and a living-room.
It is a bright and sunny house in the former harbour area, only 10 minutes from the historical centre of Amsterdam.

The neighborhood has its own characteristics: lively, friendly and quiet at the same time, surrounded by water, bridges, boats and modern architecture. Creative and artistic people like to live here, just as families with children.

Java island is located in the Eastern Docklands, the former harbour area, close to the central station.
Supermarkets, little shops, restaurant and bars are all nearby on walking distance. It is also close to the BIM house (jazz), Filmmuseum EYE, Nieuwmarkt district, Red Light District and museums like Scheepvaartmuseum and Tropenmuseum. Perfect public transport connection to the airport, the central station and the centre.
