After our 5 exchanges in France, Germany, Spain and Nederland this Summer we are enthusiastic and ready for next!
We'd like a family friendly place!
Even not simultaneous on July and August.
We are looking for a summer house, we can evaluate even NON-SIMULTANEOUS exchange if you prefer to be in Firenze in July!
Apartment (130 m2) in a calm zone just near the city center of Firenze (Florence).
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen and a living room just facing Firenze biggest park along Arno river.
We also have a private garden just a few meters from our door, with a gazebo, and also organic fresh tomatoes and vegetable for you.
We have 4 kids (aged 20-18-9 and a girl of 16), so have plenty of toys, books, guitars and piano too.
Furthermore, we have 3 bedrooms, a sunny open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; a cover balcony with washing machine and dryer
There is also a bright and separate living room.
Air-condition on the 3 bedrooms.
There is a TV 48 LCD, DVD, Wii, PS4, media-centre and surround audio system player, Wi-Fi connection.
We have a sunny balcony with a dinning table just facing the park.
Access is on a private calm road good to park car.
The 3 bedrooms comprise:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed
Bedroom 2 : 2 beds, boys' room. You can put more futon mats if needed.
Bedroom 3 : 1 bunk bed (2 place) 1 single bed. You can put more futon mats if needed. + Piano
15 Min biking from historical city center and central train station, well served by public transportation.
Ideal for a visit of Firenze, Tuscany surrounded, but even1.5 h to Rome, 2.5 to Venice by fast trains.
Pisa, Siena and beaches at less than 1 hour by train or car.
Depending on period and your need, You can use even our bikes: 5 adults and also kids size.
Our car is a Mercedes Vito Van with 9 seat, can be also exchanged.

We are an Italian family with 4 kids.
We live in Firenze, one of the Italian most beautiful city.
Francesco is 52 Y father, working in R&D dept.of a biomedical industry.
Serena is 49 Y mother and teacher.
Emanuele 20 Y brown hair and eyes is studying Philosophy at University, great Fiorentina soccer team supporter and music lover.
Luca 18 Y blond and blue eyes love sport activities, scouts and have fun with friends.
Benedetta 16 Y brown hair with blue eyes is attending psycho-pedagogic high school, is our princess and Tommaso 9 Y is our mascot.
