All the four of us: Matthias (Industrial Engineer) & Anja (Civil Servant), Annika & Gustav welcome you warmly in Berlin!

Our quiet and sunny 4 room apartment in the beautiful family district Pankow is ready for a swap. 130 sqm are waiting for you: large rooms with high ceilings and wooden floors, living room with large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with another dining table. Both kids rooms have a big bunk bed, parents bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with corner bath and shower, long hallway, balcony overlooking a small park. Peaceful open yard with garden and lawn, swings an a sandpit.

The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the subway. In 10 minutes the subway takes you to Alexanderplatz, the heart of East Berlin. In 20 minutes you get to Potsdamer Platz and in half an hour you reach the Zoological Garden, the Western center.

In the basement bicycles are available for all ages. With those you get to the neighboring district Prenzlauer Berg with all in-places to explore and experience the hustle and bustle of the city.

Opposite of our house there is a small park with open space, playground and benches. In the area are several small shops (bakery, butcher, florist, pharmacy, etc.) and two supermarkets.

We are experienced home exchangers. We have swapped 8 times since 2014. We have only had good experiences with all exchange families and will treat your home as lovingly as we would our own.

Wir alle vier: Matthias (Wirtschaftsingenieur) & Anja (Verwaltungsbeamtin), Annika & Gustav begrüßen Euch herzlich in Berlin!

Unsere ruhige und sonnige 4 Zimmerwohnung im schönen Familienbezirk Pankow ist bereit für einen Tausch. 130 qm stehen Euch zur Verfügung: große Zimmer mit hohen Decken und Dielenfußböden, Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit weiterem Esstisch. Beide Kinderzimmer haben ein großes Hochbett, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad mit Eckbadewanne und Dusche, langer Flur, Balkon mit Aussicht auf kleinen Park. Ruhiger, heller Hof mit Garten und Liegewiese, Schaukeln und Sandkasten.

Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. In 10 Minuten erreicht ihr damit den Alexanderplatz, das Herz des Berliner Ostens. In 20 Minuten fährt Euch die U-Bahn zum Potsdamer Platz und in einer halben Stunde erreicht Ihr den Zoologischen Garten, das westliche Zentrum.

Im Keller stehen Fahrräder für jedes Alter bereit. Damit könnt Ihr den angrenzenden Szenebezirk Prenzlauer Berg mit allen In-Lokalen erkunden und den Trubel der Stadt spüren.

Zu Fuß findet Ihr direkt vor unserem Haus einen kleinen Park mit Freifläche, Spielplatz und Sitzbänken. Außerdem sind in der Umgebung mehrere kleine Läden (Bäcker, Fleischer, Blumenladen, Apotheke etc.) und zwei Supermärkte.

Wir sind erfahrene Haustauscher. Seit 2014 haben wir 8 Mal getauscht. Wir haben nur gute Erfahrungen mit allen Tauschfamilien gemacht und werden Euer Zuhause so liebevoll behandeln wie unser eigenes.
