Spacious family home in leafy Camberwell, in Marvellous Melbourne.

Our spacious family home has views of the park opposite and of our pretty garden.
The kitchen is new and a delight to cook in. There is plenty of fridge and freezer space, plus a dishwasher and double oven. And a coffee maker.
The laundry has a front loader washing machine, dryer and opens onto a covered outdoor clothesline.

Two double bedrooms each have their own ensuite and the two children's rooms share a large bathroom.

The formal lounge and dining rooms add to a light and bright family room and extensive study. The dining room table can seat ten.
It is a short walk to the train and tram; the bike path opposite connects you to all of Melbourne. We have ebikes and can acquire bikes for children.
We have wifi internet access from all rooms.
The house is easy to live in. We have been here for over 30 years so it must be good.

Camberwell has all the qualities that the modern family could ever want in a suburb. The streets are beautiful and tree-lined and the houses in the suburb are a mix of beautiful heritage and modern flair. The suburb offers excellent amenities, restaurants, transport, many recreation facilities and parks, excellent quick access to the city, safe streets and a great neighbourly spirit.
The shopping is fantastic too - we absolutely love the Sunday market and the Camberwell food market is fabulous too. The whole suburb has a wonderful ambience. There are some really fantastic restaurants, great coffee and everyone loves the Rivoli, a restored 1930's Movie theatre complex.
Our home is wonderfully situated; opposite green playing fields, a bike path, children's playground and only a five minute walk to the station.
