Spacious three levels 19th century town house. Three tram stations to the heart of the city (Place du Ralliement).
Bright and crossing, recently renovated, there is room for couple to large families (3 double and 1 single beds).
The kitchen is overlooking the tiny garden, ceiling height and plants, room to work if ever.
The last (3rd) level is under roof room with table and sofa-bed.

Quiet and lively neighbourhood, square, bakery, grocery and producer market (10 min) and hypermarché (15') walk.
Car is not needed in the city.
