Das Dorf St.German liegt mitten in Rebbergen am Walliser Südhang. In der Nähe viele fantastische Skigebiete in einer herrlichen Bergwelt inmitten zahlreicher Viertausendern. Auch im Sommer kann man in Zermatt oder Saas Fee Ski und Snowboard fahren.
Unweit von unserem Haus liegt der Aletschgletscher, die heissen Thermen von Leukerbad, ausserdem unendlich viele Wandermöglichkeiten, Velowege, Kunst und Kultur.

Beautiful new house built in 2013, in a small, quiet village of 400 souls. The house has two floors, ground floor 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs there`s the kitchen, the living room and a toilet.
The village is surrounded by vineyards St.German in the southern Valais. Near some fantastic ski resorts in the beautiful mountain world in the middle of many four-thousandin the summer can also be run in Zermatt and Saas Fee ski and snowboard. Not far from our house is the Aletsch Glacier, the hot springs of Leukerbad, plus an infinite number of hiking trails, bike paths, art and culture.

Belle maison construit en 2013, au coeur d'un petit village paisible de 400 âmes. La maison a deux étages, le rez 3 chambres, salle de bains et buanderie, à l'étage supérieur la cuisine, le salon et une toilette. 
Le village est entouré de vignobles St.German le sud du Valais. Proche des stations de ski fantastique dans un monde magnifique sur la montagne au milieu d'un grand nombre de quatre mille à l'été peut également être exécuté à Zermatt et Saas Fee ski et de snowboard. Non loin de notre maison est le glacier d'Aletsch, les sources thermales de Loèche, plus un nombre infini de sentiers pédestres, pistes cyclables,l'art et la culture.

When I say this exchange was below my expectations I do not refer to the home which is beautiful, perfectly organized with a top notch kitchen. I refer to the fact that my host knew that our loft is not in a perfect condition and she actually had cancelled our exchange a few days before our agreed date. Ms Soltermann then apologized and changed her mind and accepted to swap homes even knowing that our homes were not equivalent neither in square meters nor in state of the art appliances. But our loft is located in an awesome environment facing the views of Paris, France, so I suspect this is why she accepted to swap. I then tried my best to leave her home in an impeccable state but I was simply not living up to her standards. She sent me multiple messages saying that I had stained the floor and the table, etc... She had broken a champagne glass which was an antique piece from our Italian grand mother and I just accepted the fact that accidents happen and I did not say anything to her. Whereas her paper towel dispenser in her kitchen just broke and I asked her for the exact brand to replace it. She never told me the name of the brand so that I can replace it... All in all, I think I am a responsible person. If I do accept other exchanges, I will make sure that the communication with the hosts is on the same wavelength before making a decision to swap homes.
