House with idyllic garden in Freiburg: Green City & Black Forest, Germany

From our house, which was built in 2009 (mainly with natural materials/wood) it takes 10 minutes to the historic center of Freiburg and only 20 minutes by car to be in the middle of the wonderful Black Forest. It is also close to the French and the Swiss border. There are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor, a cozy living room with open kitchen and terrace, another bathroom and a study room on the ground floor. In the basement you find another bedroom, a music rehearsal room with grand piano and drumset (which can be used if they are treated with care) and a third bathroom. We have a large garden with enough space for children to play (for example jumping on the outdoor trampoline). The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Car exchange would be possible.
