House in BORDEAUX ( Talence ), France

Hi, we are Jean and Karine and our two daughters Anouk and Rebecca.

We live in a nice town Talence very close to Bordeaux ( about 20 minutes by bike \ we have 4 adult-bikes and 3 child-bikes ). Our neighbourhood is very quiet and greeny.There is a lot of services : a nice olympic swimming-pool with a hammam at 500m, Big supermarket 500m and french Bakery at 500 m as well.

Our house ( 110 m2) contains 4 rooms : 3 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with a single bed .

The terrace ( 20 m2) contains all the furnitures to have meal or barbecue.
You also could have a little rest in the hammock .

There is a garden of approximately 400 m2.
We grow our own vegetables in a plot beside the house, which you could help yourselves too !

We are about 45 minutes driving from the Atlantic Ocean ( with its amazing waves and beautifull beaches ), 50 minutes from the " Dune du Pyla " and Arcachon, 30 minutes fron Saint-Emilion , 2 hours from spain and Basque Country.
