Looking for an exchange for Christmas 2025 ! We offer a charming house located just 20 minutes from the heart of Lyon, the world’s gastronomic capital, with a stunning view. The Alps are only 1.5 hours away.
This charming, comfortable house is located in the peaceful countryside, featuring a spacious and well-maintained garden. It boasts a large terrace equipped with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the serene environment. The house is fully equipped with all modern amenities.
On the first floor, you'll find the entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, a washroom, and a laundry room. The second floor includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.
Situated on a hill, the house offers stunning views, including a panorama of Lyon. Our picturesque town, Chaponnay, is just a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find various shops, including a bakery, butcher, and pharmacy. A larger supermarket is also just a 10-minute drive away.

We are a family of four:
Leticia, 36, originally from Mexico, works as an application scientist.
Alexis, also 36, is French and works as a mechanical engineer.
We have two wonderful daughters: Victoria, 6 years old, and Elena, 3 years old.
We are passionate about traveling and have had the opportunity to live in Canada for five years (in Calgary and Montreal). Leticia also spent six months in the USA. Alexis has a long history of home exchanges with his parents, having completed 17 exchanges around the world, so he is very experienced in organizing home swaps.
We would be delighted to welcome you into our home, which has many great features! We are sure you'll love it.
As a family, we are responsible, considerate, and organized. We will treat your home with the utmost care, just as we do with our own house.

We’ve had the opportunity to live in France, Canada, Mexico, and the USA, and we’ve visited many other countries both for holidays and work.
During our time in Canada, we made friends from Germany, India, Brazil, Iran, and many other diverse countries. We are passionate about discovering new cultures!
We also have a great appreciation for food – of course, we love French and Mexican cuisine, but we also enjoy Indian and Italian dishes.
It would be a pleasure to welcome you to our home and experience yours during our holidays. We promise to take great care of it, as if it were our own.

ES152490The Lambert family have been very communicative at all times, facilitating any possible difficulties. They have a very well equipped and spacious house. The town where it is located is well connected if you want to visit Lyon, also with access to get to know the surrounding area well which is very interesting.

Their house, which is situated uphill from the village, is in a very quiet location and there are lovely views over the surrounding countryside with beautiful sunsets. The house was comfortable, clean, well equipped and has an attractive garden. Overall a very enjoyable and successful exchange.

It's a great place, close to Lyon, in a green area close to the mountains. We recommend!
