House in Schalkwijk in the middel of the Netherlands , near to Utrecht and Amsterdam and in the beautiful region of the Dutch Water line which will be places on the list of Unesco.

We have a wonderful renovated old farm, located in a friendly quiet neighbourhood, with all the necessary facilities.

Good base for town visits:
- Amsterdam 30 km, Utrecht 10 km, Amersfoort 20 km.
- Easy access to highway: Den Haag and Rotterdam are 1 hour
by car.
Good base for outdoor activities:
- Forest, moors, lakes and 'polder' are in walking and cycling
distance.

Our old farm is very comfortable, modern and stylish.

A total living area 300 m2 downstairs and 125 m2 on the first floor.
Downstairs we have a big family kitchen ( about 60m2) The kitchen is fully equipped, with tv and wood stove. We have a room for the computers and with toys for the childeren. And we have a big living room and a tv room downstairs. Also we have a great bedroom with there own bathroom. On the first floor we have a masterbedroom with own bathroom and walk in closet. And we have 2 bedrooms with there own bathroom.

In the environment you find nice little old villages where you can go by bike or by car.
From our House you can make beautiful walks along dykes and pastures

We have a little cat and two chickens, they give you everyday fresh eggs. They only need a little food and kindness.

WE have done more dan 5 exchanges and it was always very nice. We hope you like it to be our guest!
