Shops and the big Amstelveen shopping mall are close by.
Amsterdam city centre is less than 10 km away (biking distance). Various out-door activities, such as golf or tennis are close by. You can also take a walk in the parks or woods or along the Amstel river.
There is a very good public transport connection (day and night) to Amsterdam City centre as well as to Schiphol Airport. Different types of bycicles are available.
All other major cities Haarlem, Utrecht, Rotterdam and the Hague are reachable within one hour, by car or public transport.
We already planned our summer 2026, but are still open for non simultanious offers.

El intercambio con Ulrich fue de maravilla. Es una persona muy culta y afable, que nos facilitó todo lo que estuvo en su mano. Su casa es realmente bonita, muy cómoda e inspiradora, así como los alrededores, rodeados de enormes parques y realmente bien comunicada tanto con Ámsterdam como con la estación para ir a otras ciudades de Países Bajos. Gracias, Ulrich! Tú y tu familia seréis siempre bienvenidos en nuestro nidito de Granada.
A great accommodation and location. Everything was as expected with grocery stores and wonderful bakeries close by. Ulic was very helpful and friendly. Thank--you for letting us stay.
Nous avons passé d'agréables moments dans la maison de la famille. La réalité de la maison est conforme à la description du site. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée à l'aéroport d'Amsterdam pour nous ramener à la maison où un diner amical nous a été offert et tous les renseignements ont été donnés pour faciliter notre séjour et visite de la région. Notre correspondant nous a fait visiter quelques musés de la région et nous a aidé à connaitre toute la région et sa culture. Nous conseillons fortement cet échange aux adhérents d'INTERVAC.
