Our modern and comfortable semi detached house is located in a rather newly built area in a village about 20 kms south of Amsterdam, and is also close to major cities like Haarlem, Utrecht, den Haag, Rotterdam and Leiden. Also beaches are close and Amsterdam airport is 15 kms away.
The house is over 200m2, has a garage and a driveway for 2 cars, enough parking space.
The back garden is 150 m2, with gardenhouse, table with 6 chairs, big sun umbrella and separate garden seat with cushions. For children there is a trampoline and 2 swings. Plenty of toys and things to play for children.
Spacious ground floor with kitchen, living room, dining area (6 chairs) and extra sitting/playing area at the garden side. Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and two single beds), a study and 1 bathroom (double sinks, bathtub and separate shower). Separate toilet.
On the second floor (attic) there are 2 more bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower and one sink.

About the neighborhood
We live in a newly built area in a village (30.000 inhabitants) about 20 kms from the centre of Amsterdam, and also other interesting cities like Haarlem, Leiden, The Hague and Utrecht are between 20-50 kms away.
There are very good train and bus connections to surrounding cities.
We live very close to the famous 'Keukenhof' which is open from mid March-mid May. In the same period, the whole surroundings is covered with tulip-fields, which results in an amazing colourful picture.
The nearest beach is 13 kms, the classy beach town Noordwijk is 20 kms.
Within 30 kms there is a wide selection of museums and also attractions for children.

Échange très agréable à tous les niveaux: communication excellente, Mark et Sonia ont fait l'effort de communiquer avec nous en français; maison et environnement très fidèles à l'annonce; emplacement idéal pour les cyclistes que nous sommes, notre voiture n'a que très peu servi, la mer, Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden sont accessibles à bicyclette; voisinage et quartier très paisibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mark et Sonia qui ont pris grand soin de notre maison.

Our family consists of Mark, Sonia, Camee and Maite.
We are a modern mixed couple, Mark is Dutch, Sonia is German and the girls are bilingual.We like to speak and read other languages and we like to discover foreign countries. We went amongst others to Japan, Hong Kong, a few times to the U.S. and Canada. But even in Europe there are a lot of countries we still want to see.
