Modern House in Vienna, Austria
Our house was built in 2017 and is in a quiet and green neighbourhood. Still, you can get to the citycenter by public transport in less than half an hour. There is an open kitchen-dining-leaving area on the ground floor, and a bathroom with shower and WC. On the first floor there are three children rooms, two with 140x200 beds and one with a bulk bed (100x190), as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate WC. On the second floor there is a bedroom and the terasse with a nice view on the city of Vienna. Additionally, there is a big cellar with a guest room and a room with the washing maschine etc. We have a little garden behind the house.

About the neighborhood
Our house is in a quiet and green neighbourhood near to Kurpark Oberlaa and Böhmischer Prater (both in walking distance) in the south of Vienna. There is a bus stop in 500 meter distance, where a bus goes every ten minutes or more frequently, to the metro lines U1 or U3. You find a shopping area two bus stops away. You can go swimming in Therme Oberlaa or in a public swimming pool Laaerbergbad. There is a nice restaurant in our neighbourhood and many other nice ones a bit further away. If you are interested in football (soccer), there is a stadium from Austria Wien a few bus stops away.
