Looking for Multiple Exchanges through 2026 - we have a property in the UK and in Italy

We live a 26 minute fast train ride from London in a large family home. Our house is a 10 minute walk to the station, restaurants and shops of West Byfleet but is also right next to lovely open countryside with woodland to the rear and fields to the side. Next to the house is a walking lane taking you to a canal in 5-10 walk minutes and you can walk or cycle along the canal path into the countryside and other villages, with a picturesque pub on the canalside with swans and other wildlife. Rowing boats can also be hired nearby to make the most of being on the water.

In addition to being near London we are within 30 minutes drive of 3 theme parks; Legoland, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures. All are perfect for a family day out.

Our house is equipped with multiple TV's, a large 3D projector in the movie room, an Xbox and a Wii with many games in a games room and a piano and guitars in another room.

We have several bikes for your use.
