Sunny house with terrace and garden in a quiet residential area at 30 min. from Ghent and Bruges.
We build this sunny house in 1992.
In summer there is sun in the garden from 7 a.m. till 8 p.m.
When it's too hot for the terrace, it's nice staying under the trees.
There we eat during summer.
We have 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with a single bed.
We have a treadmill, 2 electric bikes and 2 non-electric bikes.

We live in a very quiet street in a little village named Vosselare.
At < 1 km there is a supermarket, a butcher, a pharmacy, a restaurant and a take-away pizzeria.
At 3 km you find several shops.
The neighbours are about the same age as us and they are very kind.
At 4 km we have friends with more than 25 years of homechange experience.
They will be ready for help and advice.
Nearest Airport: Oostende, Brussels, Charlerloi (Brussels South)

Carine and Ivan's home was just as described and was very comfortable. It was in a quiet suburb at the edge of the countryside but close to shops, restaurants and the city of Ghent. It was an ideal location for cycling and walking.

Carine en Ivan zijn aardige mensen, het contact verliep soepel en vlot. We hebben ons huis weer keurig aangetroffen.
