Our house is in a lovely location close to the beach and to Ardgillan Castle and parkland and 5 minutes drive to seaside town of Skerries,
Home is based in a rural neighbourhood yet close to local amenities, restaurants, and boutique shops and supermarkets. Dublin City is approximately 25 kilometres away via train and bus services. We are close to nearby small beach and Ardgillan Castle and gardens is 2 kilometres walk along the coast road.
House has a large mature garden and rose courtyard with a pond. House may not be suitable for small children. There is a rosé pergola and gazebo as part is the garden landscape with seating areas.
The house includes a large living room upstairs, 2 bedrooms are available for use. There is also a sunroom as part of the house.

Stand alone house in peaceful setting on coastal/semi rural but close to Skerries, a seaside town.
Skerries is very attractive, with restaurants and shops and marine area. Dublin City is 30k and is easily accessible by train or bus. https://www.skerrieshomepage.com/

My two sons are adults and I have three beautiful grandchildren!
The house on offer is my home and is available by agreement. My two sons are now grown up and have their own lives. I have retired and usually I travel with a family member or female friends. We have met lovely people through our exchanges and visited interesting places in France, Italy, Austria and Canada. I enjoy the adventure of meeting other intervac members and the privilege of being in their homes which I take care of as if my own. I enjoy the outdoors, cycling, running, walking and just enjoying nature. I am engaged in voluntary social work. My background is social work/social research.
