Our home is in Palos Verdes, located in California's South Bay region near Los Angeles California. It is a picturesque coastal community known for its breathtaking ocean views, rolling hills, upscale residences and beautiful sandy beaches. This serene neighborhood boasts a perfect blend of natural beauty and luxurious living, with its lush landscapes, scenic hiking trails, and prestigious golf courses. The area is home to a highly regarded school district and offers a tranquil, family-friendly environment. Palos Verdes also features iconic landmarks like the Point Vicente Lighthouse and the stunning cliffs of Palos Verdes Estates, making it a coveted destination for those seeking an idyllic, yet sophisticated, coastal lifestyle.

The house area is approximately 200 sq. meters (2100 sq. ft.). We have four bedrooms which can potentially accommodate eight people and two bathrooms. The house has been renovated about 10 years ago. It features a large living room, kitchen with modern cabinets connected to our family room with the TV. We have a beautiful front yard with picturesque cacti which we brought from the desert of Palm Springs. We also have a very large backyard with a circular fireplace and a grill. It features two levels connected with a concrete staircase. The backyard has ten fruit trees, vegetable garden and a chicken coop. You can see the ocean and Catalina island from the upper level of the backyard. The rooms have wooden parkette floors.
