Welcome to our slice of paradise—one of four small farms nestled within the protected boundaries of the Ria Formosa National Park and perfectly positioned between historic Tavira and the charming coastal villages of Conceição and Cabanas.

Our nearly one-hectare property flourishes with orange, fig and olive trees. Exotic guavas, sweet almonds, zesty lemons, and more create a private orchard oasis. Positioned at the end of a quiet road with no immediate neighbors, we offer a rare combination of complete tranquility and privacy, yet we are just a stroll from the Algarve's legendary beaches.

For those preferring poolside relaxation, our seasonal swimming pool and fully-equipped pool house—complete with bathroom, shower, and kitchenette —creates a private retreat right at home.

Our home features a V-shaped design that maximizes both comfort and privacy. One wing houses the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas, while the opposite wing contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The private master suite occupies the upper level. The house maintains natural coolness even during peak summer heat, though air conditioning is available in every room. All windows have fly screens.

We have a 8 year old Doberman that will be in the home. She is very friendly with people but she does not like other dogs. Our property is fully fenced so she pretty much takes care of herself. You will only have to give her food and water every morning and evening.

We're particularly keen to arrange home exchanges in or near ski resorts throughout the Swiss/Austrian/Italian/French Alps for winter ski 2026/2027. We can offer simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange in case you would like a warm weather beach holiday in the summer.
