Luxury Home on the edge of World Famous Barossa Valley
Our home has been architecturally designed with many modern amenities to make your stay here definitely one to remember. We are situated 15 minutes from the world-renowned Barossa Valley, and a 40-minute drive from the Adelaide city centre. There are many other locations within driving distance from here. We have a car available for your use, provided you have appropriate licences, etc. This can be discussed at the time of arrangement. Our home is definitely a Non-smoking property.
Our home is in a suburb called Hewett, a 5-minute drive from Gawler, which has all the supermarkets, coffee shops, hotels, and restaurants you might need. We're 15 minutes from the Barossa Valley and all it has to offer. If you're interested in wine and/or gourmet food, then this is the place for you
Our home is large, spacious and well equipped. We have 4 bedrooms, each with either queen size or king size bed; a cinema room and a pool with spa. Because of the pool and necessary safety precautions, it would be our preference for no small children. However, we can discuss this.

Harvey and I (Carol) are both retired after a lifetime in the Australian Air Force. We are both fit and healthy and looking forward to travelling the world after having spent the past years looking after my elderly Mum, and recently having moved to South Australia, to be near family.
We like to keep fit, go to the local gym, play golf (there are 2 sets of clubs you can use if you want) socialise and spend time enjoying the many activities available to us near here and further afield in the Barossa Valley!!
We are quite proud of our home and we take special care of it. We would also do the same in someone else's home. We would like to travel to places far and wide and are open to suggestions.
We completed 2 exchanges in 2010 - with a couple from Wales, UK and a couple from Scotland UK. We've also completed 2 exchanges in 2017 - 6 weeks in Prestwick and 2 weeks in Orkney islands, both in Scotland. They were great experiences. Harvey and I are keen to see the world, so feel free to make contact, even if your location is not on our list.
Additionally, we would prefer to do simultaneous/reciprocal exchanges, but can accommodate non simultaneous. Hoping to hear from you soon
