Beautiful century building in a family and cafe, bar, shopping area in Berlin Schöneberg
We offer a big flat at the 4th floor of a beautiful rare building. The area is really friendly, has a lot of green areas or playgrounds. Always a good cafe near by. A lake to swim in summer is 30 minutes by bike.
We are close to the Ku'damm, with its famious shopping center existing before the Berlin wall came down: KaDeWe.
We have beautiful little shops, cafes, second hand stores, Mechelin Restaurants as well as Döner Kebab or good chinese restaurants in Goltzstraße close by, too.
Supermarket is 3 mintues walking distance.
Our home has hopefully everything you need, and if not we can probably make it possible.

Weltoffen, fröhlich und verständnisvoll
Im Laufe des Lebens und des Mutterwerdens haben sich einige Luxusgüter im Leben, wie eine gute Kaffemaschine oder gutes Geschirr als nützlich erwiesen. Auch die Wertschätzung für Details hat in meinem Leben zugenommen. Da ich schon viele längere Aufenthalte in Ecuador, Brasilien, Canada, Jordanien, Marokko und innerhalb Europas hatte, weiß ich jedoch auch unterschiedliche Lebensstile zu schätzen und freue mich neue Erfahrungen zu sammeln.
Durch meine Tochter ist es jedoch nochmal wichtiger geworden, dass ein gewisser Sicherheitsstandard gewahrt wird (gewartete Gasthermen, sichere Elektrizität, sauberes Wasser).
Wir freuen uns auf neue Eindrücke.

Over the course of life — and especially through becoming a mother — I’ve come to appreciate certain luxuries, such as a good coffee machine or quality tableware. My appreciation for details has also grown over time.
Having spent extended periods in Ecuador, Brazil, Canada, Jordan, Morocco, and across Europe, I have learned to value different lifestyles and enjoy discovering new ways of living.
However, since having my daughter, it has become even more important that a certain level of safety is ensured (well-maintained gas heating systems, safe electricity, clean water).
We look forward to new impressions.
