Very nice and quiet apartment in the center of Munich.
The apartment is located in the "Haidhausen" district with a lot of restaurants and bars. All public transport right outside the door (Bus, Tram, S-Bahn at Rosenheimer Platz or Ostbahnhof, U-Bahn at Ostbahnhof). The new "Werksviertel-Mitte" with music area, rooftop bars, restaurants within a 16-minute walk. Also the "Viktualien Markt" and "Marienplatz" are reachable in a 30-minutes walk (2,2 km or of course by bus).
The apartment is located on the 5th floor (top floor) of an apartment building and is very quiet. The 12 qm balcony is accessible from the living room and the bedroom and faces west.
