A nice duplex flat, 2 bed, near tube
Our flat is a spacious, two-level home occupying the first and second floors of the building.
There are three bedrooms, two of which will be available for guests. One has a king-size bed, while the other has an IKEA pull-out bed that converts into a king-size bed.
On the second floor, there is a bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The first floor features an additional toilet, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing when the weather is nice.
We also have a portable air conditioning unit on the first floor.
Location
The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Archway Underground station (Zone 2, Northern Line), with central London around 30 minutes away.
There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as several lovely parks with playgrounds.
Hampstead Heath, with its beautiful green spaces, swimming ponds and outdoor Lido, is just a 20-minute walk away or one stop on the Overground.
One small request
We have some pet fish, and we would kindly ask our guests to feed them during their stay. They're very low-maintenance!

About the neighborhood
Archway is a lively and friendly North London neighbourhood, offering a great mix of green spaces, independent shops, cafés, restaurants and excellent transport links. It has that authentic London atmosphere, with plenty to explore right on your doorstep.
We're close to vibrant Camden Town, lovely canal walks and Arsenal's Emirates Stadium. Hampstead Heath is also nearby, offering beautiful walks, swimming ponds and an outdoor Lido.
It's a great location for enjoying local London life while still having easy access to all the main attractions in central London.

Couple of working parents with a lovely 5 yo daughter
We all like to travel, visiting new places, eating out, enjoying the parks and the nature. Ideally our exchanges will be something opposite to London. We enjoy being by the water and prefer to travel by public transport/bikes without using a car.
