Hello There!
Our villa is in the middle of hills in the north of Isere in the Isle Crémieu in Auvergne -Rhône - Alps.
It is located in Villemoirieu in a green and unspoiled environment. In the vicinity you can enjoy the nearby trails for walking and biking. Very good spot to enjoy sports and relaxing time.
Even though it's quiet place you are close to amenities.
Our village is 2 minutes from the medieval town renowned Crémieu.
There, you'll also find supermarket, bakery, local products.
At 15 minutes, Lake Vénérieu offers a variety of activities: fishing, swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle and Restore.
A1 hour to the west, Lyon awaits you. This town is a World Heritage by UNESCO and is considered as the French gastronomic capital.
1 hour to the east, there is the city of Grenoble surrounded by mountains that also worth a visit.
It is therefore not the occupations that are missing here!

Our 160 m2 house is spacious and bright, with external panoramic terraces to enjoy.
If you have children, they will be enchanted by the 2 swings, the sandbox, the trampoline and the cabin-slide.
On the ground floor the kitchen opens to the dining and living room. A toilet and a cellar complete the whole.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed,2 with a single bed), 2 bathrooms (shower and bath) and 1 toilet.
