Communication with our exchange partners was excellent throughout the whole experience. We had a very active and responsive WhatsApp group, which made it easy to discuss both practical matters concerning the houses and recommendations for places to visit and activities to enjoy in our respective areas. Everything was clearly organised in advance, particularly regarding the exchange of our homes and cars, and we received clear and helpful information about how everything worked in the house. Communication remained regular and friendly before, during, and at the end of the exchange. Our exchange partners also took great care of our home, and we found everything in perfect condition when we returned.
