Modern two bedroom two bathroom in a beautiful doorman building next to Hamilton Park in Jersey City. 30 min to NYC via public transportation. NYC view. A great way to be in the NYC area but stay in a quiet, charming brownstone neighborhood.

Our home is a modern apartment in a modernized historic building. Our building entrance is on a courtyard with two restaurants, a wine store, and an excellent coffee shop. Around the corner is a wonderful ice cream parlor and a bookstore. Across the street is a charming city park with a playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. There is a farmer's market every Wednesday.

The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed, with a primary bed/bath, another bathroom and sitting room/bedroom, and an office. It's a lovely place from which to watch the sunset over Manhattan.

The PATH train to NYC is a 15 minute walk, and the train ride to NYC is 15 minutes. You can also take the ferry to NYC, which is a fun and easy way to get there. The riverwalk on the Hudson is 15 minutes from the apartment and boasts stunning views of NYC. There are Citibike rentals right across the street so you can bike to the PATH train or around the neighborhood.

You can rent a car at the mall nearby and drive to the Jersey Shore, less than 90 minutes away. A day trip to Philadelphia is a 90 minute drive.

Our neighborhood is historic brownstone neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants and a lovely park right across the street. It is very convenient to NYC -- walk 10-15 minutes to the subway, then the subway is 10-15 minutes to Manhattan.
