A brand new duplex appartment full of comfort, with 4 rooms, and a beautiful green garden with view to the forest, in the amzing city of Ghent. Located at 5min by bike to the train station. Access closeby to different bus and tram stops to go to the city center.
Come to Ghent, and experience a wonderful and vibrant life of living a peaceful life in the city, while enjoying all the necessary connections to get to all big the cities of Belgium; such as Bruges, Brussels, Liège, Antwerp, Ostend…etc. by jumping on a train (http://www.belgianrail.be/en/Default.aspx) at 20 minutes walking distance from our house. Or simply by taking a bus (https://www.delijn.be/en/?vertaling=true).
Ghent is a cosy, multicultural and a touristical city (https://visit.gent.be/en/home). From Ghent it is just about 40 minutes driving to the historical city of Bruges (https://www.visitbruges.be/) and a 40 minutes drive to heart of European city, Brussels area and the International Airport in Brussels. Most important, less than 45 minutes to the closest beach, Oostende, Knokke,..etc. If you have kids, then Puyenbroeck ( http://www.puyenbroeck.be/downloads), LAGO Rozenbroek (https://www.lago.be/gent) and most importantly Water sportbaan (https://stad.gent/nl/buitenlocaties/watersportbaan#Het%20park) ... are enjoyable places to be, all at just less than 16 minutes from our home, for combining active (kayaking and swimming) sport ... and site seeing in one place.
The neighbourhood is calm, and is surrounded by a number of restaurants, coffeehouses and warehouses, all in a walking distance.
The Ground floor is made up of: the entrance, vestiaries, washroom, and a living room with open kitchen; as well as an office and a storage area. The house is completely new and furnished, kitchen with all modern kitchen utensils. The living room has a Flat screen and in the cupboard in the corridor a range of board games can be found. On top of that, there are 2 terraces, one at the backside of the house where the morning sun is warming up the area, and one at the side of the house where the sun is enjoyable during afternoon and evening in the summer.
1st Floor: 3 rooms with access to a bathroom and separate washroom in the corridor, and 1 master bedroom with own dressing room and own bathroom with walk-in shower. Still on the first floor we have a laundry room with washing machine, drying machine and a steam-based ironing equipment.
In the basement of the apartment, there is 1 garage place available with possibility to charge electric car, as well as an extra storage room.
