Our home has three bedrooms and two living areas.
The living area at the rear could be used to sleep extra people. It looks out onto the pool, patio and garden.
We are lucky to have a beautiful front veranda off the main living area, with views of the lake. There is a lovely walk along the lake through parks and bushland.
We have refreshed our house in the last year with a view to make it our dream lake house in time.
Our street is quiet but close to the main road through the area. Newcastle City Centre is 30 mins by car, or you can travel by train, the station is 2km from our home. Likewise the beaches are within 30 minutes.
