A lovely and unique town-house in the region Abruzzo, Italy, 2,5 hours from Rome by car.
Our house was built in 1802 and is situated in the little village Sant'Apollinare about 4 km from the Adriatic sea and with amazing views.
It is like a retreat, so quiet and nice though still part of the historic town - centro storico. You'll find a small "supermarket" with basic food, vegetables, fruit, fresh bread every morning in the village.
Theres is also an osteria/trattoria with fantastic food very close to our house and furthermore there are 2 bars.
There are 4 large terraces and this historic house is newly renovated.
There is a train station about 4 km from the house and there are buses running from our village to the sea and many nice restaurants in San Vito Marina.
Our house is primarily for rent - we can occasionally make an exchange.

We have a Volvo (5 seats) that you are welcome to use if we are not using it ourselves.
The nearest airport is Malmoe/Sturup which is 80 km from our home. Copenhagen airport is just a little further away and there you will find almost all the major airlines (and also smaller ones) of the world.
Public transports from Malmö, Lund or Copenhagen are good and you will find trains and buses practically every hour to Simrishamn. Once you have arrived at our little town it's walking distance from the station to our house.
We can also offer a small and cosy apartment right in the centre of Malmö. It is very close to the station "Triangeln" and the train to Kastrup airport takes 18 minutes, (30 minutes to central Copenhagen from door to door).

AT06187Der Tausch erfolgt nicht gleichzeitig. Wir kommen erst im Juli nach Schweden, weshalb wir noch nicht endgültig eine Bewertung abgeben können. Aber wir haben uns bestens mit den Tauschpartnern verstanden. Sie waren trotz Schiunfalls ganz zufrieden.

The apartment in Malmo was within walking distance to everything.
