New home with pool and Sierra Nevada view Granada
Little Bird is a new home in the quiet residential area of Belicena on the western edge of Granada, Spain. 15 minute drive from Granada airport.
The large bedroom for 1-2 people has an ensuite and two balconies with superb views of the Sierra Nevada and the Vega de Genil which is a vegetable growing area where locals walk their dogs. The large cool basement/garage has 2 bunk beds if the kids are happy to share as it as a den with its own patio.
Sub-floor heating and cooling. Inground pool for hot summer months. 30 minute bus ride to the centre of Granada where you can visit the Alhambra and all the tourist sites. Supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, Burger King are a couple of minutes drive away.
