a nice house bordering the Arcachon Basin
The house is located in a central and yet very quiet area near shops and touristic sites. A charming little town bordering the Bassin d'Arcachon, Gujan-Mestras is a pleasant resort and has various activities related to the sea.
The house is quiet and comfortable for two persons.
It is well equipped with wifi , TV, central heating, etc...
In summer the house is fresh thanks to a garden with big oak trees .
Many comodities are at close range ( shopping center, railways station, swimming pool...)
Access to Arcachon and its natural beauties ,Bordeaux and its vineyards are easily reached either by road or by train .

CZ083700We found the house very nice, comfortable, quiet and very well located, in the easy train travel distance to the beaches around the town of Arcachon. Easy shopping and getting around thanks to the bicycles kindly made available by the host.
The location close to the oyster cabanas is great and makes for many very nice diners, walks and easy bike rides :-)

DE9162Wir haben bei unserem französischen Tauschpartner eine wunderbar entspannende Zeit verbracht. Es hat die für uns lange Anreise gelohnt! Schönes ruhiges Anwesen mit Garten.Der ungewöhnliche Hafen der Austernzüchter, das leckere Essen,die Nähe zu Arcachon, das Bassin mit Naturschutzgebieten … und die grösste Dune Europas. Alles erreichbar auch mit öffentlichen
Verkehrsmitteln.

ES2554Nice Intervac friends, Henri and Françoise, have a magnificent house, lots of space around you and lots of light in the kitchen, with all these big windows opening to the garden!!! I felt really at home there. And the big garden, mostly a wood, for you to enjoy your time outdoors! It was great to have a kind of exclusive apartament, with the bedroom, bathroom, toilet and studio, all apart for the rest of the house offering a plus of privacy!
Françoise and Henri are lovely people, taking good care of me and helping me to discover the real environment all around... and the best bordeaux wine!
A joyful experience, I cant tell for sure.

IT06874Le contact avec Paolo a été très courtois .Il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport à notre arrivée car notre avion ayant beaucoup de retard le taxi qui avait été réservé n'était plus disponible.L'appartement confortable et bien tenu était en tout point conforme à l'annonce.
Notre maison a été très bien tenue , il n'y a eu aucun problème.
