House in the Paris suburb
We have already found our exchanges for spring and summer 2025 but we are available to travel at the end of the year !
Our house is situated between Paris and Disneyland, in a small town of peaceful suburb where you will find all the convenience stores and a market twice a week (on Wednesdays and Saturdays morning). There is also a hypermarket in 5 min by car. Our neighbours are friendly and nice.
Our house is 120 m². In the ground floor, there is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a shower-room with toilet and a small room (with a sofa bed). In the floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet and office where there is also a sofa bed. We have a terrace and a garden. We will leave you a computer and WIFI access. We are open to car exchange.
Three bicycles for adults are available. Next to our house, there's a small way leading to a wood, pleasant to do jogging or to have a walk in family.

About the neighborhood
Paris is a very exciting city. There are lots of museums, monuments and areas to be discovered. You can go there by bus (the bus stop is 2 minutes from our house, it takes 10 min to go to the RER station) then R.E.R (rapid transit rail system in the Paris region) which bring you in Paris center in 20-25 minutes, there are lots of trains all the day and evening. You can also go by car to another RER station in Bry-sur-Marne and leave the car in a parking lot instead of taking the bus.
There are two theme parks around : Disneyland paris (27 km) and the Asterix Park (48 km). But it is not finished! There are other areas to discover as Versailles Castle (47 km), Auvers-sur-Oise and its road on the impressionists (52 km), Provins, a medieval city where you can enjoy animations about the Middle Ages (69 km), Fontainebleau, its forest and castle (53 km), Vaux-le-Vicomte castle a beautiful castle owned by Nicolas Fouquet (39 km) and so much things yet... We will leave a lot of informations at home !

Prachtig fijn huis met tuin, garage en tafeltennistafel in mooie buurt Alles dichtbij, openbaar vervoer naar centrum Parijs goed te doen. Goeie instructies en fijne communicatie. De zorg voor ons huis en poezen was perfect.
La communication avec Esther s'est très bien passée ! Sa maison est agréable et bien placée. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir à Nijmegen et dans les environs. Nous ne connaissions pas cette partie des Pays-Bas, nous sommes ravis d'y avoir séjourné !
Todella hyvät keskustelut meilitse ja intervacin välityksellä etukäteen, kun sovimme asunnon vaihdosta ja sovimme käytännön asioita. Koti oli hyvän esitelty Intervacin sivuilla ja vastasi esittelyä.
We met our hosts at the airport. A friendly Finnish family ! We communicated throughout our exchange. The apartment is very beautiful and very well placed. Close to a bus stop, so it was very easy to get to the hyper center of Helsinki while being quiet and surrounded by greenery ! We are delighted with this exchange!

We are a family of four persons :
Fred, 54, is a freelance sound mixer , Rachel, 54, is étalonneuse vidéo (colorist).
Our children moved from our house. Tom,26, lives in Lyon and Cléo,23, lives in Chambery.
Without forgetting our very sociable cat, Mushka ;)
Most of the time, only Fred and I will travel but one of our children can sometimes accompany us !
